Abysmal customer service. The product that was installed started to degrade and was not installed to spec which would effectively void the lifetime warranty. We tried for months to rectify this with Concierge who was mostly unresponsive. They stopped answering my husband's personal phone number, but would magically answer if called from another number immediately after. We finally had to get help from Home Depot. Now, nearly a year later, we finally have the flooring we paid for properly installed and looking flawless... NO thanks to Concierge.

Excellent job from the Carpet Installers and the Measure! Both of them were very polite, professional, and helpful. Did not have a good experience with the company however. Communication from them was a total headache. Anytime you try to call them the number will be busy, no holding/waiting system or anything. After finally getting through to someone they could not help me with what I was asking, said they would have another person call me back. Said person never called us and we had to call back again. They were after hours at this point. Finally about 2-3 days after the measure someone was able to contact us with an actual date and time. Just overall bad communication, I understand they could be short staffed or something but it’s just not a good look. Not returning calls when you say you will or not answering the phone in general. Could make you lose customers in the future, especially when you already have people’s money in your hands. Just not a good look at all. But like I said, company itself aside, the installers did a fantastic job very happy with what they did!!! And David with the measure was very good as well, very professional.

The phone service with people that hang up or don't speak English is annoying (call service and only reason for 4 stars). However the highlight of this was an intelligent entrepreneur/respectful installer who did a great job and put fourth effort and skill you rarely see in today's society. I greatly appreciate an American doing the work that really matters. Thanks Mikey.

I had a carpet installer (CFI) from Home Depot come onsiteand do a quote for carpet in my basement. During theestimate. the estimator spent a long time at our home,taking pictures, etc. I received the quote, approved thequote & paid in full. They were scheduled to come onsiteonsite for the install 1/7. The contractor showed up for theinstall. However, they were not able to perform the installdue to it being a basement floor. The fact of this being abasement floor was discussed at time of quoting, approval,scheduling, etc. This companies phone line works on andoff. Their management does not return calls. They are notregistered as a business in KY or OH. They have not doneanything to further plan or schedule this install. They are nolonger returning my calls and I am unable to get in touchwith anyone at CFI that can help me or will return my calls. This is paid in full and Home Depot tells me to work withCFI. This is a nightmare company I would not suggest working with.

Do not buy carpet from Home Depot. They use a company called Concierge Flooring. We ordered and paid for carpet on Sept 2, 2024. Our carpet came on Sept 17th, 2024. The crew damaged our walls and baseboards installing carpet. The head guy left mid job to go take care of his kids and the job took forever. We ordered a piece of the carpet to be measured and cut to fit our living room space then bound like a rug. This was taken back with them and sent to be bound and returned in about 10days. That was Sept 17th. I called several times about the bound carpet for LR and still no eta. On October 21st our delivery window was 8 to 11am. No call no show. Then, we were told 11-2 pm. No call no show. Finally showed up after 5pm rolled the new carpet out into the street/cul-de-sac, walked on it, and one guy steps on something and then stepped onto the carpet after looking at his shoes and wiped his feet on it. They either damaged the binding tossing it around in the street or it was poor workmanship to start because the binding was torn in several places.We refused to accept this carpet. It is now Nov 5, 2024 no one has called us to resolve this issue and our missing bound carpet. No one has returned our emails or calls which have been nearly a dozen to the Concierge company and Home Depot. I was told again today a manager would call me back. I wish I could share the pictures i took of my carpet in the street and the Amazon truck nearly driving on it.
